Our Work Environment Policy defines the principles that guide and develop our operations in line with our health and safety objectives.

Everyone working at Industridraperier shares the responsibility to follow this policy in daily operations.

We offer a workplace that provides opportunities for variety and development. Employees should be able to influence their work and the overall direction of the company. We work purposefully to create a high level of job satisfaction and well-being.

Workload should be evenly distributed to avoid unnecessary stress. No employee should be required to work beyond their competence level—opportunities for competence development will be provided when needed.

We conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections to identify and manage work environment risks and hazards, with the aim of preventing physical and psychosocial work-related injuries.

We work strategically with the organizational and social work environment and aim to continuously improve the results of our annual employee survey.

Company management and the work environment group carry out systematic health and safety management in accordance with current legislation, ensuring consultation and participation from employees and their representatives.
