Remeda improves the work environment with sound-absorbing workplace walls and ceiling absorbers
To create a better work environment at its welding stations, Remeda AB has invested in noise-reducing solutions from Industridraperier. By combining ceiling absorbers with sound-absorbing workplace walls, Remeda has succeeded in lowering noise levels, improving safety, and at the same time increasing efficiency in production. The result is a quieter, more organized, and productive workplace that meets the high demands of modern industry.
The ceiling absorbers play a crucial role in effectively reducing noise in the production facility. They are made of 50 mm thick mineral wool with a thin glass fiber surface layer and are fire-rated.
The workplace walls are constructed from standardized wall panels with an 80 mm mineral wool sound-absorbing core, covered with square-perforated steel sheets and reinforced aluminum profiles. This robust design is developed to meet the strict requirements of the industry while being quick to install. The wall sections are manufactured in nine sizes, enabling fast production and short delivery times.
To create a more functional workspace, a wide range of accessories is available for the workplace walls, designed for smart tool storage. Tools and equipment can be easily organized directly on the perforated steel panels, while heavier equipment such as swing arms or fume extractors can be mounted on wall sections with support beams.
